We cover the replacement value of any lost or damaged item during the move. This is a more comprehensive option and highly recommended for valuable items.
Released-Value Protection:
Basic coverage is included in all moves, offering minimal protection based on weight (typically 60 cents per pound per item).
In the unlikely event of damage, simply contact our claims department within 30 days of your move. We’ll guide you through the claims process and work quickly to resolve any issues.
